Have y'guys all seen my cameo in Rivendell?
I'm the big fat hairy guy that the hobbits see right before they get to the Inn of the Prancing Pony. I belch very loudly. I rock.

I feel like that now, just not all rainy-wet.

Went out to m'meeting w/ Fran and Phillis discussing some of the WETA effects and planning th'new shots Sean and Elijah and I are going to be shooting in New Zealand in th'next few months.

I've been getting so much crap about my decision to move Shelob into The Tower Towers instead of Return of the King... *sigh* so there will be some very lovely Frodo/Sam scenes we're going to film to add in that are entirely new scenes not from the books (hope you don't mind). These will make Sam seem a little less side-kicky, which is all he comes off as in TTT right now, since Shelob has been tacked on to the beginning of RotK.

Anyway, I'm sure y'all don't want to listen to me delve all my boring secrets for the upcoming two new movies.

But, I am curious: what did y'all think of the trailer?!


I'm, uuh, off to ponder this proposal (literally) some more.

I'm in Los Angeles now.
Nice and warm here w/ the blue sky and all.
I have somewhere t'be at 1pm and it will last all night so I'm not really looking forward t'that. I'll basically be locked in a little dark room listening t'funny sounds all day. Which is nice sometimes, but not when you've just flown in on a plane and have a Heinie hangover.

However, I think Mr. Lewis and I are going t'get together for lunch. He asked me to marry him yesterday (and the only reason I don't think he's joking is the fact that his journal is neon pink -- never mind his homosexual bashing in his Bio). So, we'll see how that goes. I'm not really all up on in on the whole 'marriage at first sight' thing, but it worked for Sean Astin so who knows -- maybe it'd work for me? Well I'm not one t'look a gift horse in the mouth, and if nothing else I might get the rights to the Narina Chronicles and who knows from there? We're pondering a TV mini-series. I'm just dreading th'thought of making CGI talking lions and Snow Queens.

How about my icon? Sam/Sean and I after pigging out at Spago's before the Oscars. I thought I should dress nicely in case Lewis drops by (although I am hurt he doesn't have me on his friends list).
